Returns & Refund:

1. Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone with their order details.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy:

We offer refunds on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Resin Items are non Returnable.

The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.

For defective and Damaged items, product opening video is required.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s), and the amount will be credited to our wallet which can be used for further purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must notify us of the issue and provideproduct opening video.

Upon approval, we will arrange for the exchange of the defective or damaged item(s) with a new replacement.

If the requested replacement is not available, customers may opt for a store credit.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Clearance or sale items are non-returnable.

Resin Products are Non Returnable.
