You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. |
To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone with their order details. |
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. |
2. Refund Policy: |
We offer refunds on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. |
Resin Items are non Returnable. |
The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. |
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. |
For defective and Damaged items, product opening video is required. |
Upon receiving the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. |
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s), and the amount will be credited to our wallet which can be used for further purchase. |
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. |

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. |
Customers must notify us of the issue and provideproduct opening video. |
Upon approval, we will arrange for the exchange of the defective or damaged item(s) with a new replacement. |
If the requested replacement is not available, customers may opt for a store credit. |

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. |
Clearance or sale items are non-returnable. Resin Products are Non Returnable. |
